[B]Job Description:[/B]
1. 与项目经理进行合作，带领系统模块开发团队按时完成分配的工作任务，并定时有效地跟踪各模块的交付成果质量。 
2. 与系统构架师合作参与软件设计，参与关键技术的选型。 
3. 与开发组长的合作，参与系统功能的实施和单元测试，并定期参与功能质量评审工作。 
4. 培训和指导初级Java软件工程师。  

Jo[B]b Required Knowledge and Skill Set[/B]
1. 计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历为佳，有相关工作经验者优先考虑； 
2. 在快速进步或变化的工作环境中高效工作的经验； 
3. 清晰有效地对技术或非技术人员表述和沟通复杂技术概念的能力； 
4. 良好的人际关系管理和团队合作能力； 
5. 五年以上软件开发经验； 
6. 四年以上使用J2EE和其他相关技术工作经验； 
7. 有电信、客户管理、产品管理、订单管理、渠道或市场营销等经验者优先考虑；使用BEA, Siebel或IBM企业产品者优先考虑； 
8. 有两年以上完整项目周期（项目需求，设计，开发和发布）工作经验者优先考虑； 
9. 有CMM3级或以上公司工作经验者优先考虑。

11. 语言能力：英语六级或相同水平以上
