职位描述：

主要负责办公楼租赁方面咨询服务，按客户需求提供租赁解决方案，与业主方沟通协调，达成租赁意向。

 

职位职责：

1，收集市场信息，挖掘及跟踪潜在高端客户

2，为客户提供市场行情，及分析未来趋势

3，了解并熟知客户预期值，具体需求，搜集相关信息

4，协助上司完成办公楼租赁服务及整合资源

5，平衡，协调投资商及租客与业主关系，建立持久融洽的合作

 

 

职位要求：

1，性格活泼开朗，有团队合作精神

2，吃苦耐劳，有责任心

3，熟悉办公室软件，尤其善于EXCEL及PPT

4，应届生

5，外地户籍上海生源优先

6，男性尤佳
