Positions：

猎头助理（AC）/Sales Intern

 

·         Work closely with and under Senior Consultants in the recruitment process for their clients

·         Identify suitable candidates through various channels in a creative and persistent manner, conduct preliminary telephone screening of the candidates approached

·         Database management: updating, segmenting, uploading new CVs and appraisals into Company database

·         Assist in job posting, ad content and placement, resume review, candidate screening and interviewing

Qualification:

·         5 working days, fresh graduate would be great.

·         Interest, an open-mind and a learning attitude.

·         Hard work, detail – oriented

·         To get along with other team-members well and to communicate in an open and honest way.
