职位描述Job Description:

-    与团队一起完成销售与客户服务工作.

Achieve our sales and service level targets directly and with the team.

-         确保每一位现有或潜在的客户得到及时有效和高质量的服务.

Ensure that each and every customer (existing and potential) is served in the best possible manner and to conclude every transaction with our consumers efficiently and effectively.

-         通过面对面或电话等方式，积极主动地接触客户，了解他们的需求并处理客户投诉问题.

Proactively manage and deal with customer interactions/complaints both over the telephone, and face to face.

-         通过销售和服务的各个方面，实现奈斯派索"最好的咖啡"的品牌影响力并让每一位客户感受到关怀.

Demonstrate, prepare and serve the "best in cup" quality coffee to our customer and make each of them feel important.

 

职位要求Requirements:

-         Junior college or above.

-         1-2 years Retail Selling experience will be an advantage.

-         Good command of English and Chinese will be essential.

-         Good command of Microsoft Office.

-         Self-driven, proactive and responsive to anticipate and fulfill customer needs.

-         Good oral English, Customer & Service Oriented, Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

-         A strong team player with a pleasant personality and can work as an ambassador of Nespresso (premium positioning).

-         This job will require working in shifts.
