Close-out Specialist(Payroll)

Location: Beijing- IBM building in Shang Di

Job Description:

1. Prepare/calculate close out payment for separated employees timely and accurately.

2. Handle resignes' inquires

3. Implement monthly compliance testing

4. Implement monthly SOX testing

5. Project Support

Required Skill:
1. Good English skills both in written and oral
2. Able to work positively and constructively within the pressurized environment
3. Advanced PC Skills (Excel, Word, Power Point.)
4. Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill, problem solving skill
5. Half of one year experience in finance/accounting function is preferred-
