岗位要求:

HR Internship

 

LocationZhuhai City, Guangdong Province

 

1. Summary:

The role is to assist HR&A team in delivering the full spectrum of HR initiatives & activities and supporting administrative matters.

 

2. Main Accountability:

 

· Recruitment:

1. Assist in Job Posting, CV Screening& Selection, Interview Arrangement;

2. Assist in Following up Applicants' Interaction of Pre-interview and Post interview;

3. Assist in Coordination with User Teams on Recruitment Issue;

4. Assist in Application Data Tracking, Input and Documentation Filing;

5. Assist in HR Routine Report (e.g. HC, Org-chart) Preparation;

6. Assist in Employee On-boarding and Exit Process.

 

· Learning and Development:

1. Admin Support for Internal Training;

2. Training Record Maintenance.

 

· Compensation & Benefit:

1. Assist in Coordinating Internal Team Site;

2. Assist in Foreigners' Visa Application.

 

· Administration:

1. Batch Photo Taking and Printing;

2. Hotel and Flight Tickets Booking;

3. Apartment Invoice Printing and Maintenance Arrangement;

4. Office Seat Plan Update;

5. Office IPT Arrangement for New Hire and Update.

 

· Project Support:

1. Assist in Campus Recruitment Related Assignment;

2. Assist in Company Events Implementation;

3. Assist in VDC Internship Recruitment;

4. Assist in Fire Drill and Birthday/Christmas Party, etc.

 

· AD HOC Assignment by HRM

 

3. Key Requirement:

 

  • Bachelor degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, English, Business Management or related discipline;
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, good command of Cantonese is an added advantage;
  • Competency in Windows applications, including Microsoft Office, etc.;
  • Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Quick learner and proactive self-motivator.

 

4. Direct Report: Human Resources & Administration Manager

 

5. Remark: The intern should guarantee to work from Monday to Friday, for 6 months.

 

6. Target Candidate: Junior students of university degree, who will graduate in 2012.
