职位简介：
这是公司技术支持管理的岗位。这个职位需要在晚上尽兴系统监控，协助夜班工程师为客户解决系统警报和要求。这个职位需要不断的思考，有领导能力，不断的提供建议，对公司现有的支持系统提出你的想法和批评意见。对24*7技术支持团队的工作流程进行简化和改进。
    
职位描述：
密切监控公司内部服务器和所有客户服务器
遵守24*7技术支持的流程，根据客户在邮件中提出的需求和警报创建任务，并把任务分配给合适的工程师
确保公司的支持热线始终保持正常运作
确保请求和警报得到正确的处理；如果当天晚上的工程师没有解决，需要转交给白班工程师
每周准备监控图像的报告，分析图像异常情况，并创建任务让工程师进行深入调查
负责每周一次的运维团队的电话会议，和每周一次的管理部门会议
  职位要求：
熟练掌握计算机，对开源系统感兴趣
良好的中英文表达和书写能力

System Mornitoring (Night)

The Area
ChinaNetCloud Technical support is a critical part at ChinaNetCloud. You are invited to use our world class technologies along with open source tools, we keep our customer server running, robust and secure. Our objective is to create solutions that keep customer servers running, optimized, and constant technical innovation.

The Role Summary
This is a support management role for the company, you will be responsible for company's monitoring system at night, coordinate with night engineers to solve customer system alerts and customer requests. You need to think big, take leadership, continuously provides ideas and criticism to company's existing support system, and make changes to streamline and improve 24x7 support process.

Resbonsibilities:
Closely watch company self built monitoring system for all customers and company internal servers
Following 24x7support procedure, create tickets for customer email request, alerts and assign it to the on-call engineer
Ensure usability of company hotline at all time
Ensure requests and alerts are handled properly and passed onto day time staff if not resolved
Prepare weekly report on graphs, analyze strange graphs and create tickets for engineers to investigate
Lead daily conference call with operation team, weekly conference call with management
Requirements:
Good command of computer, interested in open source system
Good command of English and Chinese
