Position:    HR Intern
Location:    Beijing, China
Responsibilities
1.    HR daily operation support
2.    Monthly payroll process support and coordination
3.    On-boarding/exit process support & coordination
4.    Coordination and support of HR projects/programs/initiatives
5.    Consultation services on HR general operation and process 
6.    HR related certification management
7.    Personnel data management in HR systems/databases
8.    Personnel file maintain and management
9.    Others per request

Requirements
1.    1st or 2nd year graduate student (master candidate), no strict requirement on major, Human Resources, MBA, statistics major are preferred
2.    4 working days/week guaranteed
3.    CET-6/TEM 4 or above, good command of speaking , listening and writing English
4.    Familiar with MS excel, word, ppt; Acrobat Reader, Writer
5.    Be highly responsible and proactive
6.    Adaptive and could work well under pressure
7.    Strong communication skills as team player
8.    Patient, and good at handling diversified work carefully in an organized way
9.    SPECIAL CONSIDERATION GIVEN FOR
10.    Prior HR related experience in Fortune 500 MNC
11.    Prior Consulting experience
