职位名称：大型外企IT支持电话客服
 
职位描述及要求：
作为Help Desk Call Agent，需要为我们的客户，一家欧洲跨国企业的1600名来自不同国籍的员工
提供电脑桌面支持服务。工作语言为英语和汉语。
 
工作描述：
接听企业内部寻求IT技术支持的电话，在电话中直接处理掉一部分问题，将无法在电
话中解决的问题传递给后端的技术支持团队。
 
职位要求：
1、英语口语流利，有外企工作经验者优先录用。
2、熟悉基本的电脑操作，并且具有快速掌握新知识和新技能的学习能力。
3、热爱团队工作方式，有强烈的责任心和良好的服务意识。
