Primary Responsibilities:
·         Cooperate with commercial/technology team and lead new product scale-up and translation trial
·         Work with commercial/technology team for new product specification setup
·         Continuously drive process improvement with team for better yield and quality
·         Continuously drive cost out improvement to make our products more competitive
·         Work with related department for localization activities in NS
·         Provide effective solution to any potential EHS risk in NS film operation
 
Qualifications Required:
 
·         Sound communication and inter-personal skills;
·         Good technical skills in trouble shooting;
Postgraduate in chemistry or related major;
·         Literature in computer is essential.
 
Desired
·         Able to think creatively and communicate ideas effectively in commercial, research and manufacturing environments
·         Able to communicate in English and Chinese Mandarin
·         Familiarity with experimental design and statistics are a plus
·         Can work at least 3 days a week.
