Junior Coordinator of Support Team

Job Description:
We are looking for a talented student, who has good learning potential and is willing to learn communication skills and coordination skills in an international company
The intern will be given work-on training on daily support process and project management processes. A mentor will be assigned to him. After a few moths work-on training the intern should be able to act as junior coordinator in support team.
1.Assist support team in creating document 
Act as junior project coordinator for the small projects handled by support team. 
2.Assist customer care lead and support manager in the following tasks: 
Communicate with clients and partners, schedule meetings, generating meeting minutes 
3.Create project documents 
Cross function communication with different Irdeto teams 
Manage project schedule, resource, quality and risk 
4.Act as junior coordinator within the support team. 
5.Act as internal admin 

Required Skills:
Excellent English and Chinese communication skills. 
College degree in computer science or related area 
Reasonable knowledge of customer care and billing applications 
Act as a good team player and is capable of working through long hours and under pressure.
