DNV is active in a number of markets and industries, but is at present divided into four business areas: DNV Business Assurance, DNV Maritime, DNV Energy, and DNV IT Global Services.
The operations in DNV Business Assurance are based on DNV's global position as a leading provider of certification services and strong competence within risk management. There is a clear trend towards more Business Assurance-specific certification schemes, which will increase the need for a deep understanding of the various industries. In DNV's new strategy, increased attention is given to global Business Assurance sectors and with major international companies. Prioritized industries are the automotive, food and beverage, ICT and telecom, health care and transportation.

The selected sectors are capital intensive, and have a need for - and are open to - adapting a risk based approach. Main services include certification of systems and products, assessment and risk management services.

Responsibilities
1.Audit schedule arrangement, such as resource allocation, audit date confirmation, etc.
2.Audit administration issues including pick-up arrangement, documents preparation
3.Customers' data maintenance
4.Deal with auditors' qualification materials
5.Other admin and coordination issues
 
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. CET 6 or above
3. Detail-oriented with patience
4. Good communication skill and team work spirits
5. Be excellent in Microsoft/office software
6. Good logical thinking
7. Able to work under pressure and with high efficiency
8. Fluency in Cantonese  

备注：
1.    该职位欢迎大四及应届毕业生应聘，优秀者可转为正式员工。
2.    在校大学生, 周一至周五可上班时间最少为3天，可全职实习者优先。
