Qualifications:

(4) Independent, energetic, highly technical, and capable of driving for results 

under pressure and ambiguity. 

(5) Experience building web-based applications is a plus.

（2）   1-2年使用Java/C#/C/C++或者其他相关编程语言的经验。

（3）   有开发数据驱动的应用和服务的经验。

Responsibilities: 

(1) In charge of the quality assurance effort for our online video service. 

(2) Design, develop, maintain, and enhance automated testing frameworks. 

(3) Establish engineering best practices such as test automation, build  

verification, and deployment plans. 

(4) Improve the overall productivity of all of your co-workers by identifying  

tools and processes to increase overall efficiency. 

(5) Collaborate with researchers, program managers and product designers in an 

open, creative environment.  

 

职责：

（1）   负责保障线上视频服务的质量。

（2）   开发、维护和加强单元测试和用户场景测试。

（3）   设计最好的测试方案，如自动化测试；核查编译；发布计划。

（4）   通过找到合适的工具和制定流程，提高所有同事的整体效率。

（5）   与研发人员、项目经理、产品设计人员在开放和创新的环境下共同合作。

 

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

(1)  Advance new digital media solution, invent novel solutions to challenging research problems of search, recommendation and video ad targeting.

(2)  Improve performance, scalability, and availability of the online external / internal systems.

(4)  Collaborate with program managers, and software developers in an open, creative environment.

职责：

（1）   开发新的数字媒体解决方法，创造新的方法解决在搜索、推荐和视频广告目标定位方面的棘手问题。

（2）   提高线上内外系统的性能、延展性和实用性。

（3）   与更大的用户群交互创造出最好的媒体体验。

（4）   与项目经理和软件开发工程师在一个开发、富有创造性的环境中合作。

Qualifications:

(1)  Strong background in any of the following areas: machine learning, information retrieval, data mining, computer vision or natural language processing.

(2)  Deep knowledge of data structures and algorithms.

(3)  Experience with image/video processing, coding, analysis, or with information extraction, cross-lingual/multimedia retrieval is a plus.

(4)  Publication in related top conference and journal is a plus.

(5)  Ph.D degree in Computer Science or related field.

 要求：

（1）在以下任何一个领域有丰富的经验：机器学习、信息检索、数据挖掘、计算机视觉和自然语言学习。

（2）对数据结构和算法有深入了解。

（3）在图像处理、编码、分析或者信息抽取、跨语言/多媒体信息检索方面有经验者优先。
