Full-time Director Assistant Job Description
Reports to:
    Club Director
    
Brief Summary and Principal Mission:
    To be a first class practitioner within California Kids Club.
    At all times to work to the highest standards.
    Always aiming selflessly at operating in California Kids Club's best interest。
    To take on responsibility for any area of California Kids Club's work as delegated by the Club Director.

Qualifications and Requirements:
A California Kids Club Director Assistant must satisfy at least six of the following requirements:
    Minimum educational background: Associate degree. Preferably in Business Administration.
    Fluent English speaker Level 4-6.
    Computer skills including Microsoft Office and alike.
    Experience in HR, marketing, and/or customer service.
    Enthusiastic, ready to adapt to a new culture and ready to be trained.
    Multitasking. Completing projects on time and with quality.
    Willing to commit to a 2 year commitment.

    Friendly and positive.
    Reliable and punctual.
    Loyal and discreet.
    Multitasking and responsible.
    Goal-oriented and effective.
    Clean and well scrubbed.

Working Hours:
    40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) by arrangement with the Club Director. Given the nature of the business, the position may require to work on Saturdays also.

Responsibilities:
    HR.
    To assist in designing marketing materials.
    To assist in marketing activities.
    To serve as a translator/interpreter.
    To maintain the website.
    To maintain the data base (soft copies & hard copies).
    To maintain office equipment.
    Book keeping.
    To run errands as requested.
    Projects as directed by the Club Director.
