Kuang-Chi Institute of Advanced Technology (Kuang-Chi Institute) is a non-profit Research Institute sponsored by the Government, the Industry and venture capitals. The mission of Kuang-Chi Institute is to conduct breakthrough science with direct implementation in a broad range of applications, execute cutting-edge technology in order to turn dreams into reality and bridge the gap between science and human life. Kuang-Chi Institute attracts distinctive scientists from different countries featuring highly qualified collaborative cross-disciplinary research with prestigious world recognized partner universities and research organizations, and a globe vision.

The Kuang-Chi Institute is currently located at the National Engineering Lab Building in Shenzhen High-Tech Park, with world-leading lab facilities and environment. The research activities at the Kuang-Chi Institute focus on the interdisciplinary research of applied physics, electronics, photonics, material science, computer science, statistical science, and applied arts. The current research initiatives at the Institute are in the fields of Novel Materials, Sensing and Networking, Modelling and Computing.

The Kuang-Chi Institute invites applications for more than 50 research faculty (Ref: RF-2010/2011-310), 11 research center associate director (Ref: RF-2011/2011-808) and 50 postdoctoral fellow (Ref: RF-2010/2011-311) positions in all areas of science and technology, including: Applied Mathematics, Applied Physics, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Statistics, Scientific Computing, and etc.

1.任职条件
  （1）具有国内外著名大学博士学位；
　（2）研究领域包括电子电气工程，材料科学与工程，应用物理，应用数学，生物医学工程，计算机科学与工程，机械工程，统计学等。
　（3）学术造诣高，在本学科领域取得国内外同行公认的成就；
　（4）具有较强的组织、管理与协调能力；

*目前研究院拥有5家深圳市重点实验室分别是：
1、深圳市变换光学与空间调制技术重点实验室
2、深圳市人造微结构开发重点实验室
3、深圳市数据科学与建模技术重点实验室
4、深圳市光学与太赫兹超材料重点实验室
5、深圳市超材料制备与封装技术重点实验室

6家工程实验室分别是：
1、深圳市复合智能超材料工程实验室
2、深圳市超材料技术生物医疗应用工程实验室
3、深圳市超材料技术光电应用工程实验室
4、深圳市新材料计算机辅助设计工程实验室
5、深圳市毫米波超材料工程实验室
6、深圳市超颖射频技术工程实验室

2.岗位职责
　（1）协助实验室主任负责实验室发展建设规划并组织实施；
　（2）协助实验室主任建立一只国内外有影响的高水平研究队伍并协助管理整个团队；
　（3）组织或协助承担国家、省市级(含国际合作)重大科技项目；进行尖端前沿科技研究；
　（4）促进实验室研究工作与多学科交叉融合，加强实验室与国内外学术交流。
