RFMD Shanghai Design Center is located in Zhang Jiang High-Tech Park.  It was established in September of 2006. 

As part of RFMD’s global design network, we design integrated circuits (IC) and modules for cellular applications.  Processes that we use for IC design include our own GaAs and pHEMT processes as well as leading silicon processes through other foundries.

Our mission is to build a world-class design team capable of delivering market-driven RF solutions to meet RFMD’s end customer needs.

RFMD Shanghai Design Center is currently hiring IC Design Engineers to join our design family:

·        Energetic, innovative, creative and high-caliber.

·        Candidates must have RF, analog design circuit theory background. 

·        Digital and analog communication theory is a plus. 

·        Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin are required. 

·        Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
