Position: Intern –Campus Recruitment Assistant 
Location: 10F, Shanghai City Center, 100 Zunyi Rd.
Opening number: 1
Issued by: Corporate Center, Ingersoll Rand China
Responsibility:
1.Campus event on-site support
2.Internship recruitment and placement assistance
3.Campus assessment including interview arrangement, notification and internal coordination, offering
4.Vendor or university's connection for promotion
5.Campus email account and social media promotion channel maintenance
6.New Hire's post connection and onboard preparation
7.Team assistant for recruitment project
8.Other tasks assigned by recruitment manger

Requirement:
The incumbent should have
1.Embrace the challenges, and well-organized
2.Good communication and coordination skill
3.Nice personality, able to work under pressure
4.CET-6, TEM-4 or above, good oral and written English skill
5.Committed to HR profession, self-motivated
