WWF, the global conservation organization that has been working in China for 31 years, is looking for a highly skilled professional to be a Contract Associate for the Conservation Biodiversity and Operations in WWF China Programme Office to be based in Beijing. This position will report to Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Officer of Operations team.

Functions:
Main Responsibilities:
· Manage the end-to-end process of the contractual signoff process. (At present there are approximately 900 contracts within the CPO requiring signoff, see next page for details on proposed process)
· Act as the single point of contact within CPO to administer the signoff process for all contracts.
· Route the contract for signoff through the various signoff authorities, including the signoff authority when DOA is in place
· Track progress of all contracts and publish the contract database on the P: drive for all staff to understand the status of their submitted contracts.
· Provide monthly reports on number of contracts signed off and identify potential delays and improvement processes.
· Work with Senior M&E Officer to assist in setting meetings and training, which may includes BOT, APMS&SPMS review and PPMS training.
· As the role evolves we will look to add the following responsibility: Uploading the contractors/vendors information into Oracle and maintain the Oracle information & reconcile the Oracle information with the contract tracking database each month for accuracy purpose, and to maintain our 3rd party contractee and vendor database.
· Complete other activities as requested by your supervisor.
Working Relationship:
· This role requires working with all operational teams requiring signoff of contracts.
· Daily contact with Administration, finance, operations team and other department and conservation programme staff and field offices to meet their contract signoff needs;
Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field from advanced universities
· At least one years working experience in Administration or related fields
· With experience in international NGO is preferred.
· Basic understanding of contracting and financial administration
· Able to work independently
· Very well organized, and able to multi-task
· Basic English Spoken and Written Skill
