IT Help desk
Responsibility:
1. Response to the daily incident request and solve.
2. Find the potential problems and initiate solution to solve with IT team.
3. Build the knowledge base for IT incident and problems to improve the efficiency of IT support.
Qualifications:
1. University degree in Information Technology.
2. At least 2 years professional experience in Information Technology.
3. Excellent knowledge of management of Windows 2003, Oracle and SQL server database, MS Office, intranet, hardware.
4. Experience on software development with .net or Java.
5. Good communication skill.
6. Excellent knowledge of English for international communication is a must.
