Position 1: CAM Engineer

【Responsibilities/Job Roles】

Provide technical support to GE Aviation shops and suppliers in Factory System and Digital solution.

Develop digital solution to Aviation shop to improve production productivity and first time yield.

Troubleshoot and fix technical issues related to conventional machining processes(turning, milling, holemaking and broaching).

Work with onsite engineers to reduce NPI cycle time and solve technical issues.

Work with global team to develop NC programing toolkit and advanced machining technology to improve machining efficiency and reduce manufacturing cost.

【 Qualifications/Requirements】

MS or Ph.D. in mechanical, engineering or equivalent engineering.

3 year manufacturing experience in industry, especially DNC and NC programming experiences.

3 year experience in CAD/CAM software, especially in UG.

5 year software development experience by using VC or C# programming languages.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

 Fluent in Mandarin and English.

Highly motivated to direct work effort and drive closure.

Team player with good customer communication skills.

 Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a broad range of Engineering disciplines.

Position 2: Chemical Process Engineer

【Responsibilities/Job Roles】

Provide technical support to GE Aviation shops and suppliers in Chemical Process - Surface Treatment (Plating, Painting, Etching, Cleaning and etc).

Review and approve suppliers’ technical plan.

Conduct on-site audit and qualify suppliers’ chemical process - surface treatment.

Support suppliers on passing NADCAP audit for chemical process - surface treatment.

Troubleshoot and fix technical issues related to chemical process.

Develop supplier's process capability in chemical process.

Work with onsite engineers to reduce NPI cycle time and solve technical issues.

Work with global team to develop new technology to improve productivity and reduce cost. 

【Qualifications/Requirements】

Master degree or higher in Material Science & Engineering, Surface Engineering or other equivalent Engineering.

Knowleadge and experience in surface engineering.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Fluent in Mandarin and English. 

Highly motivated to direct work effort and drive closure. 

Team player with good customer communication skills.   

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a broad range of Engineering disciplines.

Position3: MAE

【Responsibilities/Job Roles】

Provide technical support to GE Aviation shops and suppliers in material process and application.

Review and approve part manufacturing documents from suppliers in China.

Interpret the requirements for part design and manufacturing.

Support suppliers on part manufacturing related to material and processing.

Support materials, casting, and forging sourcing in China.

Evaluate materials, forgings, and castings.

Review part manufacturing processes in term of drawing and design requirements

Work with onsite engineers to reduce NPI cycle time and solve technical issues.

【Responsibilities/Job Roles】

Master degree or higher in Material Engineering/Science or equivalent Engineering.

5 year experiences in material application.

Have Aviation industry background or be familiar with that.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

 Fluent in Mandarin and English. 

Highly motivated to direct work effort and drive closure. 

Team player with good customer communication skills.   

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a broad range of Engineering disciplines.
