Student Service Associate

The Role

Student Service Associate will communicate with EF student on a daily base. Answer inquiries, solve problems, deal with complaints and reach students' satisfaction of their study experience.

4.You are very likeable, smile easily and patient
5.You are able to deal with stress
6.You project a very professional image
7.You are sensitive towards customer's needs
8.You are very detail-oriented and organized

Key Requirements

1.bachelor Degree or above
2.Good English communication skill
3.Customer service experience is preferred
