JOB TITLE: Training Coordinator – 6 months Intern
LOCATION: Shanghai, China
JOB FUNCTION/PURPOSE:
Facilitate and support PTCU Sales Development training delivery activities for the Pacific Rim region. This position will involve support of course and education activities before, during, and after delivery which includes use of the corporate LMS (Learning Management System), webcast, communication, and reporting applications. The position will report into the local Supervisor allowing for day to day direction and to align with changing needs.
A major focus of this role will be to manage and facilitate training and communication webcasts, regional live training events, and track activities of the new hire programs.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist regional training managers in implementing and tracking training programs and initiatives
· Virtual classroom event facilitation including administration of telcom and webcast applications to deliver events
· In-center ILT instructional event support of both students and instructors
· Generation and distribution of reports on Training programs
· Learning Management System (LMS) coordination responsible for student, instructor, and course information
· Level 1 End user support for LMS and online courses
· Maintain, update, and deliver communications materials intended for Sales and Technical Sales Development
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· BS or BA College Program, Preferably with a Business, Education, or Communications focus.
· High “user” proficiency with and ability to learn web and software applications
· Languages: English and Chinese
