职位描述：
Research Area:
- R&D related to Smart Grid systems, power storage and control systems
Requirements:
- PhD or MS degree from a top class engineering university, Major in Power Electronics
- Work experience in single phase and/or three phase converters in any of the following fields: variable frequency motor drives (VFD/VSD), uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), Switching mode power supply (SMPS) and Active rectifiers/filters
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Good English communication skill is a must
Qualification in the following fields:
- Power conversion
- Inverter systems and related components
- Power storage
- Grid and renewable energy connection interface
- Circuit design and reliability verification for inverter/converter
- Converter for renewable energy sources
- Control logic and algorithm for inverter/converter

Research Area:
- Photovoltaic inverter related research and development
Requirements:
- PhD or MS degree from a top class engineering university, Power Electronics major.
- Familiar with hardware/software design for embedded system, familiar with MPPT, PLL, vector control implementation on such as DSP/MCU, experience in simulation tools like Matlab/ Simulink etc.
- Power conversion, motor control, Solar inverter, PLC (power line communication) development experience will be highly valued.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Wide human network with the China government, universities, R&D institutions, and venture companies
- Fluency in English is a must
