Responsibilities:
• Assist in standardisation of various facilities management and substainable related services;
• Provide necessary support to stakeholders of various sections;
• Assist in pitching facilities management and subsuainable related services to clients;
• Deliver facilities management and substainable related services to clients in a professional manner;
• Promote property maintenance and substainable building development in a proactive way;
• Work in collaboration with technical institutes and universities in organizing tailor-made courses for those interested in pursuing a career in property maintenance and substainable building development;
• Explore more innovative business opportunities to keep abreast and even ahead of competitors in the market;
• Assist in setting up preventive maintenance schedules for building fabric and facilities of various kinds of buildings like commercial, residential and industrial;
• Assist in setting up achievable standards for day-to-day operations and maintenance of various kinds of buildings like commercial, residential and industrial;
• Organise training for junior staff and also clients from time to time;
• Act as an internal auditor to spot-check the services(in particular related to the facilities management) delivered to clients;
• Carry out all other duties as assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
• Undergraduate in relevant disciplines preferably in the building services engineering;
• Having at least five years’ practical experience in the real estate industry as a consultant;
• Fluency in listening, writing, reading, and speaking English;
• Possession of relevant professional licenses and membership of those renowned foreign professional bodies;
• Competency in using computer software in particular’ Project’ and ‘AutoCAD’.

6、 协助促成与科研机构和大学合作,组织开展物业管理及楼盘开发的课程;
7、 发掘商机与同行业同步并试图超越;
8、 协助为商业、民用、工业建筑及其设施建立防护性管理日程;
9、 协助为商业、民用、工业建筑建立日常运作和管理建立完善标准;
10、 协助组织培训新员工及客户;
11、 以内部访客身份开展各项目工作核查并上报业主方;
12、 协助部门同事的日常运作;
13、 组织并参加公司例会并做会议记录;
14、 协调内外部各方参与会议、商务会面以及其他相关安排
15、 管理准备商业书信、会议材料、报告、记要
16、 纸质文件及电子版归档;
17、 安管理需要协助工程例会;
18、 接受上级按排的其他工作;
要求:
1、 有工程建筑方面的学士学位;
2、 具备流利的英语听说读写能力;
3、 有相关职业证书或知名外企相关工作经验者优先考虑
4、 熟练使用相关工程软件如:Project , Aoto CAD ;
5、 能加班
