NPD Engineer--New Product Development

Requirement:

1.      Bachelor degree or above in chemical / materials or related

2.      Good oral English and written English.

3.      Being a good team player , Can work under pressure;

4.      Good logical thinking

Responsibility:

1.      Push and track engineer batches in line

2.      Collect data and maintain documentations

3.      Prepare samples for customer and quality testing

4.      Other works assigned by supervisor.

CI Engineer --- Capability Improvement

Requirement:

1.      Bachelor degree in electronics, chemicals, materials , or related field.

2.      Proficinet in English (Oral and written)

3.      Good team player

4.      Knowledge of Six Sigma concepts and process/design tools such as FMEA ,MSA ,etc

5.      Good logical thinking

6.      Interested in being developed engineer in the technical area for future career.

Responsibility:

1.      Demonstrate effective project management skills.  Will be expected to manage multiple   

projects involving new capability introduction focusing on new products , new materials and new process . Must be able to develop a strategy through planning, to effectively communicate and delegate action items to meet project goals, and to document and report test results. 

2.      Demonstrate Six Sigma methodology. Must be able to design an experiment based on criteria, obtain test results, analyze results using appropriate statistical tools, and make conclusions/recommendations.

3.      Optimize KO cap products design focusing on powder charge level upgrade and powder design flexibility .

4.      Support plant activities involving yield, cost, and quality

IT Engineer

Requirement:

1.      Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related

2.      Good command of English both in spoken & written

3.      Good interpersonal skills and communication skills

4.      Being active and team work spirit.

Responsibility:

1.      Work closely with the IT team in Asia and headquarters to develop and implement IT plans.

2.      Maintenance PC, telephone system and other office equipment, ensure office environment running smoothly.

3.      Support Shipping Line and PCs in Production line , make production PCs running smoothly.

4.      Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

ME--Maintance Engineer

Requirement:

1.      Bachelor degree in automatic control or related;

2.      Able to read and draw electrical prints and ladder diagram;

3.     Good team work spirit and strong responsibility;

4.      Able to read and speak English.

Responsibility:

1.      Plan and implement routine maintenance for production and auxiliary equipment;

2.      Troubleshoot and investigates electrical and instrumental failures;

3.      Continuously improve equipment reliability, take preventive action to maintain equipment in good condition;

4.      Coach the technicians;

QE--Quality Engineer

Requirement:

1.      Bachelor degree, majored in Science/ Engineering;

2.      Good English skill;

3.      Can use Office Software

4.      Positive, passionate, can work well under pressure;

5.      Good communication skill.

Responsibility:

1.      Assist to  the quality  office daily tasks;

2.      Data collection and analysis;

3.      Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

EE Engineer --Equipment Design Engineer

Requirement:

1.      Bachelor degree, major in Automatic or Mechatronics ;

2.      Being interesting in technical career;

3.      Good problem solving skill;

4.      Willing to learn and passionate;

5.      Good oral and written English.

 Responsibility:

1.      Develop new equipment by local to support capacity expansion;

2.      Transferred equipment setup and installation;

3.      Continuous improvement current equipment development with high efficiency and output;

4.      Technical support, provide support to ME/Production etc.

PE---Process Engineer

Requirement:

1.      Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering or chemical or related;

2.      Logical thinking

3.      Good problem solving skill

4.      Be initiative and good communication skill

5.      Being a good team player.

6.      Be interesting of development in technical area for future career

7.      Good oral English and written English

Responsibility:

1.      Process continuous improvement and breakthrough for better yield, quality and cost

2.      Provide guidance and work with process control engineer and equipment engineer for less reduce process variation

3.      Demonstrate good design know-how to all relative part types
