Process Engineer (工艺工程师):       2名

Responsibility:

1) Responsible for development of new or modified process formulations, definition of processing , review of processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture and fabrication.

2) Reviews product requirements with design staff to ensure compatibility of processing methods.

3) Recommends and prepares changes, additions, and modifications which will facilitate manufacturing.

4) Compiles and evaluates test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications.

5) May conceive and plan projects involving definition and selection of new concepts and approaches in the processing or development of new or improved processes in sub-assembly, crimping, calibration, function test, leak test and wire bonding.

6) Follows standard practices in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.

Qualification:

1) B.S. degree or above, major in mechanical, material, electronics or other related major.

2) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.

3) Eager to learn, can do attitude and strong communication / coordination ability.

Process Tech(工艺技术员):       2名

主要职责:

1) 协助工程师进行工艺流程改善（合格率提升、产能提升、设备停机时间降低等）。

2) 收集并分析工艺或材料测试数据，采取相应的优化措施。

能力要求:

1) 本科以上学历，较强的电气或机械背景。

3) 领悟力强，善于学习，踏实勤快。

4) 良好的英语能力。

　　R&M Engineer (维修工程师):            2名

Responsibility:

1) Responsible for evaluating, selecting, and ordering equipment that is most appropriate and cost effective for the manufacture of company products.

2) Oversees the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.

3) Keeps current on equipment manufacturers' technical notices, upgrades and safety issues.

4) Studies equipment performance and reliability.

5)Establishes programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process.

6) Provides technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations.

7) Defines and writes preventative maintenance schedules. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.

Qualification:

1) B.S. degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, electronics or other related major.

2) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.

3) Eager to learn, can do attitude and strong communication / coordination ability.

　　Equipment Technician (维修技术员):               7名

主要职责:

1) 负责生产过程中电气机械设备的故障确认和解决。

2) 根据设计图纸，操作维修手册及草图进行设备的拆装，调试和修理。

3) 使用测试和诊断设备实行机器的检验。

4) 有需要时，须执行生产设备的改造。;

能力要求:

1) 大专以上学历。

2) 善于学习，踏实勤快, 能上三班倒。

3) 熟悉PLC电路控制或熟练使用CAD软件优先。

　　Quality Technician (质量技术员) :                        1名

Responsibility:

1) Responsible for performing product inspection and audits of quality control programs.

2) Performs packaging line and manufacturing inspections, and sampling and testing of incoming components and raw materials.

3) Ensures raw materials, in-process and finished products meet company standards.

4) May apply approval or rejection labels to bulk raw materials once analytical data is evaluated.

5) May assess draft and final label copy, utilizing knowledge of labeling regulations.

6) Minimizes down time by reducing production rework and recalls.

Qualification:

1) Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, material, electronics or other related major.

2) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.

3) Eager to learn, can do attitude and strong communication / coordination ability.

4) Basic inspection technique is preferred.

　　Planner(计划员) :            2名

Responsibility:

1) Responsible for performing planning and scheduling functions involved with coordinating products and materials through various production phases.

2) Implements planned production schedules, labor loading and capacity requirements.

3) Reviews schedules to determine materials and parts requirements to ensure materials are available according to schedules.

Qualification:

1) B. S. degree or above, and major in English, Economics, Business or other related major.

　　2) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.

　　3) Eager to learn, can do attitude and strong communication / coordination ability.

　　Import & Export Clerk (进出口办事员):                   2名

Responsibility:

1) Assists import leader to handle raw materials importing, work closely with the broker on the custom clearance. Follow urgent shipment and arrange the priority.

2) Equipment import, apply for the pre-inspection certificate for old machines.

3) Inbound cargo local CIQ application.

4) Maintain logistic data base, including import and export, keep the hardcopy record.

5) Work with the broker to get the custom clearance sheet timely.

6) Verify the forwarder and broker invoice and make payment request with a list.

7) Work with the handbook specialist on the handbook QTY balance.

Qualification:

1) Bachelor degree or above, major in foreign trade or other related major.

　　2) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.

3) Eager to learn, can do attitude and strong communication / coordination ability.

　　Purchasing Assistant (采购助理):                      1名

Responsibility:

1) Daily purchase order release, oracle maintenance.

2) Purchasing document control including PO record, contract, quotation and supplier information.

3) Supplier invoice checking and payment tracking.

4) Supports buyer to do the analysis of material cost.

Qualification:

1) Bachelor degree or above, major in English, international trade or related major.

　　2) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.

3) Eager to learn, can do attitude and strong communication / coordination ability.

4) Always try to be a solution-provider is preferred.

Customer Service Representative  (客户服务代表):            1名

　　Responsibilities:

　　1) Receives PO from the customers, clarify with Sales, and input PO into Oracle system.

　　2) Releases sales acknowledgment, inform customer the shipping date and payment term, prevent overdue situation happen.    

　　3) Arranges goods return if quality issue happened and can’t be solved at customer side.

　　4) Sends out sample order form according to the request from marketing / sales or engineer, get back the samples on time.

　　5) Weekly releases NR report and Monthly NBO update.

　　6) Be familiar with Import and export procedure, be able to solve issues related to custom clearance.

Qualification:

1) Bachelor’s degree or above, major in English, Economics, Business or related major.

2) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.

3) Eager to learn, can do attitude and strong communication / coordination ability.

4) Some knowledge of company products, company functions, marketing and/or service policies and procedures, PC, word-processing, and excellent communication and telephone skills is preferred.

　　Facility Technician (设施技术员):                                1名

Responsibility:

1) Responsible for daily facility equipment patrol check.

2) Conducts facility equipment preventive maintenance.

3) May support manufacturing and office requirement on facility.

7) Assists with ESH activities.

Qualification:

1) College’s degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering or other related major.

2) Basic English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.

3) Eager to learn, can do attitude and strong communication / coordination ability.

4) Experience in power station, compressor or HAVC maintenance, basic knowledge about automatic fire protection system and male is preferred.

　　HR Intern (人力资源助理) :                     2 名

Responsibility:

1) Responsible for providing administrative support for the human resources function including the areas of employment, employee relations and training.

2) Maintains employee files and personnel records, processes change of status forms, compiles personnel statistics and provides information to employees on matters pertaining to personnel forms and records.

3) May prepare data reports.

4) Other assignments from manager.

Qualification:

1) Bachelor degree or above, major in English or other related major.

　　2) Good command of English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.

3) Eager to learn, can do attitude and strong communication / coordination ability.

　　Accountant Assistant (财务助理) :            1名

Responsibility:

1) Bank reconciliation

2) Audit AP documents, AP ageing report and check balance with suppliers

3) Fix Assets Management and cycle count

4) Inventory Management and cycle count

5) Other request from Supervisor

Qualification:

1) B. S. degree or above, Accountant or Finance Management related major.

2) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.

3) Eager to learn, can do attitude and strong communication / coordination ability.

IT Application Engineer (IT应用工程师):              1名 

Responsibility:

1) Analyze local business process to propose the improvements

2) Deploy/develop application or system salutation to optimize business process

3) Provide database & application support to business & manufacturing

4) Maintain/update website/share point align with business requirement

5) Involve into local IT vendor management by providing application experience

6)Provide regular application relative training to end users to improve work efficienty

Qualification:

1) B.S. degree or above, major in IT or other related major.

2) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.

3) Eager to learn, can do attitude and strong communication / coordination ability.

4) Basic knowledge of IIS/SharePoint2007 maintenance and development. Experience in Visual-Studio / MSDBA certification, SQL server DB Administration, DB related development and reporting development/support, is preferred.
