不想干技术活的同志们注意了！这个工作绝对没有技术活！我非常喜欢这边的工作和工作环境，之所以离开只是因为申请出国需要再干点MIS的技术活。

工作内容概述：

1) Maintain the Weibo official account of SAP China: /chinasap, including the following works:

     -- write 3~5 tweets every day based on the lastest news of SAP.

     -- moniter the daily performance of Weibo and provide innovative suggestions

     -- work with other team members from Shanghai, Singapore and work with external partners from Oligvy to promote the upcoming China SAPPHIRE NOW + TechEd conference in November on the social media.

 

2) Help maintain a regular communication between SAP and IT industry analysts and influencers. Arrange some briefing meetings for the analysts to interact with SAP.

 

3) Attend some conferences of SAP in Beijing and try to expose the insights of those lecturers (such as CEO of SAP China, CIO of Lenovo etc.) on the Weibo, which may further extend the influence of those conferences. 

 

4) Do some innovative proposals and plans of your own. If you have got some great ideas, just go ahead!

(I have worked out: a contest proposal for SAP employees on Sina Weibo; a SAP China social media training program; A collection of Weibo and Twitter monitering tools with demos and guide books; a China Influencer & Analyst Relations Plan; etc.)

 

SAP工资待遇一般，100一天，地处华贸中心，比较繁华，吃饭较贵，20~30。老板非常非常非常nice。想靠实习赚大钱的同志，没看懂英文要求的同志，还是慎重考虑吧。

工作时间是3~5天一周，比较灵活。每天上班理论上9点到6点，实际的上下班时间很灵活，没人管你几点来几点走。

现在加入正好赶上11月15日至17日的SAP中国商业同略会 （China SAPPHIRE NOW）//自己去网上查查，这个是史无前例的，SAP在中国举办的超大规模的活动。

老板比较倾向于要英文非常好的，尤其有SAP相关的技术知识背景的。因为工作内容虽然不直接搞技术，但是整天谈论的还是技术，她觉得如果没有技术背景的话，说话太飘忽，找不到关键点，扯而无当。主要工作就是两块内容： social media marketing 以及 analysts relationship management。工作压力的话，实话实说，闲的时候是很闲，忙的时候也不是太忙，主要很多时候是想一个好的创意和架构的问题，而不是工作量的问题。
