Johson Controls Dalian share service Center: Finance Intern Position HC No.: 8 Contract Duration: Half year, opportunity convert to JCI regular FTE Contact Person: HR Lead grant.pang@ HR Recruiting Supervisor:Shirley.xu@ Company web: ww***com[点击查看] Cv should send to mail box in word Version with photo attached Accounting and Finance Activities • Match receipt submissions to the corresponding expense report in proper finance technology system • Release expense reports for reimbursement • Ensure correct link between the employee and corporate credit card information is properly completed within the system • Maintain list and record of administrative personnel that are allowed to enter expense reports on behalf of executives, coordinating any changes within the system where applicable • Identify, resolve or escalate expense report workflow errors as necessary • Liaise and communicate with team members and supervisors • Review tax code as needed, using documented guidelines • Select expense reports on a random or specific basis for audit • Verify expense line items against actual receipts, checking for accuracy and policy compliance • Report non-compliance issues to the traveler, and when required, to the business unit management • Reconcile the clearing account used to manage centrally billed airline charges • Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the travel and expense finance and accounting function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine • Ensure compliance with JCI accounting policies, procedures and processes • Support the timely reporting of key financial information, monitor the performance and quality of the activities performed based on agreed Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”) and Service Level Agreements (“SLAs”) • Ensure that process change directives and other changes initiated by global are implemented regionally • Follows best practices while working with internal and external customers to exceed customer satisfaction and shares best practices with internal teams to improve quality and efficiency of service • Proactively monitor and operate a robust SOX and internal control environment • Prompt response to all information requests People & HR Activities • Familiarity with financial accounting systems • Ability to work independently, a self-starter, proactive in taking initiative for improvements • Affinity with accounting and financial administrative processes and computer systems • Demonstrated analytical skills, specifically accounting analytics • Able to handle deadlines and maintain accuracy of reporting activities • Ensure smooth daily operations of the team by providing support to team members and leadership • Achieve deadlines set by leadership and the business and proactively monitor and raise instances where deadlines cannot be met in a timely fashion • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and strong teaming skills • Dedicated and flexible mindset, with a problem-solving focus • Support a climate of cooperation, energy, and accountability Requirements Education (technical and/or commercial) • Professional accountancy Qualification such as, CPA, CIMA, ACCA, ACA recommended • A two or four-year degree in accounting preferred Job experience • 0 – 2 years experience working in an accounting or transaction processing role • Knowledge, insight, and experience in financial administrative accounting processes • Proven ability to work independently with good analytical and problem solving skills around accounting analytics and processes • Ability to handle high volume account portfolio in an organized manner while staying focused on priorities and remaining professional • Demonstrated organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, analytical, change management and communication skills Professional knowledge: in detail when specialist function • MS-Office, Oracle, Collection Tool (Oracle Advance Collection preferred), & Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) experience • Fluent in English |
