苏州西门子电器有限公司成立于1994年6月, 原系中外合资企业, 注册资本4624.32万DM. 中方股东为苏州机床电器厂, 持股49%, 外方股东为西门子公司, 持股51%.
公司生产的主要低压电器产品： 3TF接触器，3TS，3TB接触器，3UA热过载继电器，3TH接触器式继电器，3TD机械连锁可逆接触器， 3VU，3VL塑壳断路器，3WT，3WL 空气断路器，3SB按扭及指示灯，低压电气柜，4EU电抗器，4BU变压器等。
Siemens Electrical Apparatus Ltd., Suzhou (SEAL) was founded in June 1994, was a joint venture. Its Chinese shareholder is Suzhou Machine Tool Electrical Appliance Factory which holds 49% equity interest and its foreign shareholder is Siemens which holds 51% equity interest. The register capital was 46.24 million DM.
Main products of the company are AC/DC-driven 3TF, 3TS, 3TB contactors, 3UA overload relays, 3TH contactor relays, 3TD reversing contactor combinations and 3VU, 3VL breakers (MCCB), 3WT, 3WL breakers (ACB), 3SB push buttons & indicators, and LV cubicles, 4EU chokes, 4BU transformers.

2001年7月，西门子收购了中方全部的股份，SEAL公司由合资企业转变为外商独资企业。
2002年7月，SEAL 与北京西门子电器有限公司签署了合并协议，合并以后SEAL继续存在, 两公司的合并在2003年5月获政府正式批准，公司的注册资本由4624万德国马克增为5804万德国马克。
2006年4月， 获政府正式批准，公司的注册资本增为4020.3万欧元。
公司现有雇员约1150名。
Since July 2001 SEAL became a whole foreign owned enterprise (WFOE) of Siemens.
SEAL and Siemens Electrical Appartus Ltd., Beijing concluded the Agreement on Merger by Absorption in July 2002, and after the merger is down, SEAL continue to exist. The merger case was approved by Government in May 2003, and SEAL’s register capital was increased to DM 58.04 million from 46.24 million. In April 2006, SEAL’s register capital was increased to EUR 40.20 million.
There are nearly 1150 employees working for SEAL at present.

公司占地面积87000平方米. 2002年4月搬入位于苏州高新区的一期厂房（建筑面积13826平方米）。
2004年11月，二期工程建筑面积14200平方米的厂房被投入使用。
2008年4月，三期工程建筑面积11000平方米的研发中心大楼投入使用。

SEAL’s Cover area is 87000sqm, move into our new factory (1st phase construction floor: 13826sqm) in SND of Suzhou in April 2002. The 2nd phase building with 14200sqm construction floor is used in Nov. 2004, The 3rd phase R&D center building with 11000sqm is used in April. 2008.
We expect a boost in the fields of efficiency, environment of our operation, R&D capacity and service to our customers, ensure our company’s sustained growth together with our customers over the coming years.

招聘职位：

1. Job Title: Product Design Engineer

Required Number: 3

Job Responsibilities:

·         Development about new products, the redesign and special customer application for the existing products, Reverse engineering, DTC.

·         Responsible for the product performance analysis, technical feasibility study and evaluation.

·         Create the Feature Specification for new project based on the Requirement from PM.

·         Compile the related technical documentation and specification for products.

·         Optimize the existing products in order to improve quality, performance, application, cost.

·         Take part in analysis, determination, correction and prevention of quality problems of new  and existing products.

·         Support the localization project for local material, production, etc.

·         Analyze the current market situation in cooperation with SLC Business Unit and colleagues from the R&D/PM Centers in Germany.

·         Support other internal departments as well as the Business Unit and the sales force in the regions in respect to technical questions and evaluations.

   Requirements:

·         Master Degree or above and Major in LV Apparatus, Electrical Automation, or Mechanical.

·         Most current technical knowledge in own field - LV switchgear.

2. Job Title: Lab and Electrical Technology Engineer

Required Number: 3

Job Responsibilities:

·         Assist to the development test plans and tests about new products, the redesign and special customer application for the existing products, Reverse engineering, DTC.

·         Assist to be responsible for the lab facilities and equipment to fullfill the internal requirement or find the right external test capacities.

·         Assist to be responsible for the product performance analysis, technical feasibility study and evaluation. Analyse the test results, make a technical solution.

·         Assist to be responsible for or support the product certification/approval, the support for Customer Service and return goods.

·         Assist to create the Feature Specification for new project based on the Requirement from PM.

·         Compile the related technical documentation and specification for products.

·         Assist to optimize the existing products in order to improve quality, performance, application, cost.

·         Monitor the manufacturing quality of responsible product groups by quality statistic measures.

·         Plan and implement the process audit (such as Q-Gates) and product audit to assess the quality of process and product.

·         Organise the evaluation of quality issues (inculding product safety issues), coordinate and review the corrective and preventive actions.

·         Coordinate and supervise the quality improvement based on the defined quality target.

·         Take care of the quality data and quality report.

·         Participate in new product development, assess and release the defined stages of product development.

·         Make the investigation for complained products from customers as CS request, and fix the corrective actions to non-conformance.

·         Support the on-site customer service related to quality problem.

·         Train and guide the other employees within related quality field(quality method, test process, inspection operation, etc).

4. Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

·         Introduction of new products, planning the process flow, production equipment , layout and material flow etc.,, and drive to realize.

·         Developing new production technologies and improving existing to achieve the higher productivity.

·         Creating and optimizing work instructions for production.

·         Defining and maintaining the production time for each work position.

·         SAP data processing. (creating and maintaining the bill of materiel and the production routing, including working description, working center and production time).

·         Defining the improvement measures to improve the productivity, and tracking in implementation.

·         Designing and improving the  layout for work places and the whole production.

·         Defining and maintaining the KANBAN for materials.

·         Assessing related quality influence from the related production technology side.

·         Providing of the production equipment.

·         Analyzing and reporting the Capacity of key production equipments and assembly lines.

   Requirements:

·         Master Degree or above and Major in LV Apparatus, or Mechanical.

·         Professional experience in manufacturing process planning.

·         Mechanical  design.

5. Job Title: Solar Customer Service Engineer

Required Number: 2

Job Responsibilities:

·         Know the main function and system configuration of the product in their field, know the manufacture technics and master the inspection methods of the product.

·         Provide interrelated resolve schemes and rework plans for the returned goods by the clients.

·         Good service skills ( phone communion etc).

·         Good abilities in analysis, judgement and solve problems, provide technique service on-site based on the customer's demands.

·         Provide troubleshooting during disruptions wthin own technical field.

·         Product knowhow and be familiar with the criterions in interrelated industry.

·         Know the applications of the product in the customer's system, give them some application suggestions.

·         Leadership in teamwork, provide guidance to the trainee and clients.

   Requirements:

·         Master Degree or above and Major in Electrical Automation, electrical power and equipment or even Low-Voltage Apparatus will be preferred.

·          Drives .

·         Well know S7-200/S7-300/S7-400.

·          UPS (uninterruptible power supplies e.g. for telecoms).

·         WinCC knowledge is a plus.

·         Solar technology and/or inverter.

·         Strong ability in troubleshooting.

·         Strong ability in organization, coordination and communication skill.

·         Good customer service sense ( phone communion etc.

·         Good abilities in analysis、judgement and problem solving, provide the technical service on-site based on the customer's demands.
