Job Description
Dynamic and enthusiastic individuals are required to join our ever growing sales and customer services department. We are looking for people who dwell on the challenge of working in a fast paced environment and feel the fulfilment of reaching projections and goals. Successful applicants will possess great interpersonal skills and excellent personal presentation, they will be friendly and very customer orientated. We are a provider of expatriate services so a high level of English and the confidence to use it on a day to day basis is a necessity.
The role of Sales Executive is very demanding so the successful candidates will need to possess the ability to think on their feet and make the correct decisions in short space of time. They will have the confidence to follow through with their decision and present it in a professional manner to the client. They will also be required to contribute and offer ideas for sales and business development.
The role involves generating enquiries through various formats and initiatives, taking and following up on the enquiries and closing the deal itself. The Sales Executive will remain as the point of contact for the client through the whole process and afterwards.
Full training will be given but any experience in sales, customer services will be an advantage. Job Requirement
To work in a busy and challenging sales and customer services environment. Sales Executives will generate public awareness of the company and will make contacts and generate enquiries for visas, business incorporation, accounts services and education services. Sales executives will follow up on enquiries generated through various formats and will process the enquiry in a quick, efficient and accurate manner. The Sales Executive will follow up on all enquiries and look to close the deal. They will then collate all documents required including the deposit and put them forward (though various manners) for processing. Upon completion the Sales Executive will hand back the completed documents and take any balance of payment outstanding. This will also involve working at public events.

Complete task and projects as and when assigned.
Attend to walk-in clients and customers during office hours.
Simple administration tasks.
Job Requirement
Bachelor degree or Diploma in any discipline.
Good English language abilities (Minimum CET 6 or above) and Chinese language abilities preferably with additional language fluency.
Female with pleasant deposition preferred
