2011年9月19日(周一)下午15:30-17:30在西安交通大学东校区主楼多功能报告厅,通用电气公司(GE)将会带来”爱迪生工程技术培训生”, “销售管理领导力培训生”, “财务管理培训生” 等职位与各位同学见面。

Opening 1:
Position Title: Edison Engineering Development Program(爱迪生工程技术培训生)

General introduction:
Edison Engineering Development Program (EEDP) is a key entry point for engineering professionals in GE. This program is designed to attract high potential engineering candidates and to help develop their technical skills, leadership abilities and business acumen in their early career stage.
Job Specifications:
An intense two-year rotational program committed to developing entry-level engineers
· Four business priority job assignments, each in 6 month long. Experiences may include: Systems, Analysis, Design, Quality, Reliability, and Integration & Test etc
· Complete A/B courses of wide business technology coverage with required quality rating
· Regular reports and presentations to senior leadership
· Complete GE corporate leadership trainings to develop business skills
· Complete business specific technical project as a team with measurable results.
· Six sigma green belt certification
Job Qualifications:
· Master or Bachelor degree in Electrical, Electronic, Optical, Mechanical, Thermal, Physics or other related
· Excellent academic record, have experience in technical writing
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin
· Demonstrate quick learner and analytical approach to problem-solving
· Passion for technology, innovative spirit, committed to a career in technology/engineering
· Has leadership potential, able to deal effectively with stressful situations
· Prior internship or research experience in design engineering or manufacturing

The Commercial Leadership Program/Technical Leadership Program (CLP/TLP) is an intensive 2-year entry-level development program requiring 3 rotational assignments in sales and /or marketing roles to accelerate the growth and development of exceptional talents. It prepares candidates for a successful career in sales or marketing by providing the opportunity to learn about our products, industry, and customers while making valuable contributions to the organization.
Job Specifications:
· CLP members will be offered three rotational assignments during the two-year CLP program period in multiple locations
· Possible job rotations include: Sales, Commercial Operations, Marketing, Project Management, Application Engineering and Field Service.
· Core Training Courses include Fundamental Selling Skills, Negotiation skills, Presentation Skills, Marketing Essentials, Finance Essentials, Foundations of Leadership, Lean Six Sigma.
Job Qualifications:
· Fresh graduate or 1-2 year experience in sales related area.
· Bachelor above degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Chemical, Control System, Instrumentation, Ultrasonic, Eddy Current, X-ray or engineering related field.
