长安标致雪铁龙简介

长安标致雪铁龙汽车有限公司，简称长安标致雪铁龙（英文简称： CAPSA），是由中国长安汽车集团股份有限公司和法国标致雪铁龙汽车集团2010年7月9日共同发起成立，注册资金为40亿人民币，双方各占股本50%。新合资公司初期投资额84亿人民币。长安标致雪铁龙深圳工厂定位于生产环保的轻型商务车和乘用车，一期建设年产能为20万辆整车及相匹配的发动机的生产能力，未来将根据市场需求逐步扩大产能和新建生产基地。新合资公司生产的汽车品牌包括母公司中国长安（CCAG）和标致雪铁龙集团（PSA）旗下品牌和合资公司长安标致雪铁龙（CAPSA）的自主品牌。合资公司初期将引入雪铁龙品牌高端产品DS系列车型。

标致雪铁龙集团与中国长安汽车集团启动合资项目将新能源汽车合作及发展自主品牌纳入公司发展规划，将生产更加节能环保、更具有科技含量的产品。同时，合资公司多元化的产品战略旨在满足中国消费者的多层次市场需求，扩大标致雪铁龙集团在中国的市场份额，同时，也将增加中国长安汽车集团在高端乘用车和商用车领域的竞争能力，实现双方的合作共赢、共同发展。

CAPSA PROFILE

Changan PSA Automobile Co., Ltd (hereafter: CAPSA) is established by CCAGand PSA Peugeot Citroën in July 2010, with the registered capital of RMB 4 billion beingshared equally by the two partners.  The initial investment of the new joint venture company is RMB 8.4 billion. CAPSA is planned to produce passenger cars and light commercial vehicles with highest environmental standards.  With the initial annual production capacity of 200,000 vehicles and engines, CAPSA will gradually expand the production capacity and build new plant according to the market demand.  The brands produced in the new joint venture company include brands from CCAG and PSA Peugeot Citroën as well as CAPSA’s own brand.  CAPSA will initially introduce the Citroën high-end brand DS line in China. 

With the cooperation on new energy vehicle and the development of own brand in company’s planning, CAPSA will produce vehicles with more energy-saving and environmental protection, and contain more technology.  At the same time, the objective of Company’s diverse production strategy is to meet Chinese consumers’ demand at different levels and enlarge PSA Peugeot Citroën’s market share in China, as well as improve CCAG’s competence in high-end passenger vehicle and commercial vehicle market.
