Objective
Recruit high potential graduates to prepare enough bench strength to address the continuous growth opportunities
Develop local young talents with specific functional knowledge and competency by providing sufficient and extensive exposure with rotation plans
Career Program
The development program of the fresh graduate lasts for 2 year. Based on the functional needs and graduates background, they will be directed to different career programs.
Management Trainees
1st 6-8 weeks as operators on the shift at factories
To be developed for a long term success as a leader within F-M
Must gain a well-rounded understanding of business operations
Management trainees will go through project-based rotations in different departments, such as HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, etc to ensure a strong building block from which to grow
The location of each rotation may be different, based on the company needs and the graduate’s mobility
Functional Trainees
1st 6-8 weeks as operators on the shift at factories
To be developed as experts in specific functional area
Hands-on work experience and a structured development agenda will be provided by the requirements of each function. For example, an Engineering trainee is required rotations of CAD design, testing, designing etc.
The job location and length of the rotation is subject to the functional competency development needs and the graduates mobility
In addition the rotation, graduates in the both program will go through intensive trainings during the 2 years, which are tailor-made by their competency development needs. After completing 2 year program, the graduates will be assigned a final position
