关于职位
Steel Trainee
Location: Tianjin
The role is 12 month training assignment, for new graduates, to support CFI growth in the Steel Distribution business in China by placing successful candidate in existing established Cargill in Business and provide:
1. On-the-job learning on managing daily challenges of operating a Cargill Plant
2. Skills to develop business relationships with established customers and attract new customers through value adding sales services
Experience:
* University degree, fresh graduate or 1-2 years relevant experience
*Demonstrated evidence of excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and organization skills,
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Experience in operating in Mandarin & English speaking environment
