Responsibilities：
    An experimental researcher who has the ability to conduct new fluoropolymer material development.
    To carry out research work professionally and scientifically.
    To ensure all activities in the area of responsibility are conducted under the guidelines of HSE policy.
    To write technical plans and reports and other internal necessary reports to ensure project communications
   
    Qualifications：
    Doctoral Degree or master degree in Polymer Chemistry, Polymer Science and Engineering, Material Science and Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
    Experience with fluoropolymer synthesis would be desirable.
    Skills in operation of high pressure reactor to conduct emulsion or suspension polymerizaiton is required.
    Experience with fluoropolymer materials development or technology support such as fluoro-plastic, fluoro-elastomer and fluoro-coating is desired.
    A broad knowledge of polymer material application is preferred.
