The firm is seeking a number of interns to join our Shanghai legal team with the goal that qualified interns will be offered PRC Legal Consultant positions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interns will be expected to work with a team of senior consultants and attorneys on FDI, M&A, venture capital, and private equity transactions as well as general corporate issues.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- 4th year LLB graduating student or 3rd year student obtaining LLM from a top Chinese law school;
- Experience as a legal intern in a foreign law firm is preferred;
- A native Mandarin speaker with a high level of English proficiency; and
- Diligent, team player, good organizational and communication skills, and self-motivated.
