HR Assistant
Key Responsibilities Areas:
1.To assist HR officer in hiring activities such as interview arrangement, on-boarding and orientation
2.To follow up the implementation of annual training plan
3.To check the payroll related information
4.To involve in the HR Ad-hoc projects and employee relation projectsQualifications:
1.Mayor in psychology, business, administration or related discipline
2.Self-motivated, pro-active, dynamic individual with business and commercial mindset
3.Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
4.Strong presentation skill
5.Awareness of HR Management processes and operations.
6.Verse with oral and written English
7.Skills in Microsoft software such as Excel ,Word and PowerPoint
