Lead Consultant-Banking Base location: Requirements: 1. Banking Operations, Branch Banking, Banking Product management, worked in a Bank in Retail and/or Commercial banking space. Some client relationship management experience will be a plus. 2. A good mix of Experience working in a Bank (in above areas) and/or a Banking software products company in presales, solution consulting, product management areas. 3. Domain expertise across Retail lending, Commercial/ Corporate Lending, Deposits, and Branch Banking. Any additional experience in Payments and Trade Finance will be a plus. 4. Relevant professional experience of minimum 8-10 years, working in Mainland 5. MBA/ Masters qualification though desirable, is not mandatory. 6. Candidates are expected to be fluent in Chinese as well as English Responsibilities: 1. Lead the local team for presales and solution consulting assignments. 2. Work with Regional Sales, 3. Lead and contribute to the Client Finacle solution evaluations for Greater China Region – RFPs, Client Presentations, Solution Demos, Proof of Concepts 4. Work with Sales, local partners and 5. Manage the local Finacle solution demo environments 6. Lead, manage and mentor/ develop the local team of consultants 7. Would need frequent short term business travel mostly in Mainland 8. Participate in local Industry forums and plough back the learning to the team and client pursuits. 9. Provide inputs to Product management teams on the local banking requirements. 2. Consultant/ Sr. Consultant-Banking Base Location: Requirements: 1. Banking Operations, Branch Banking, worked in a Bank in Retail and/or Commercial banking space. A reasonably good mix of Experience working in a Bank (in above areas) and/or a Banking software products company in presales, solution consulting, product management areas. 3. Domain expertise across Retail lending or Commercial/ Corporate Lending, Deposits, and Branch Banking. Any additional experience in Payments, Trade Finance and Channel solutions will be a plus. 4. Relevant professional experience of minimum 5-7 years, working in Mainland 5. MBA/ Masters qualification though desirable, is not mandatory. 6. Candidates are expected to be fluent in Chinese as well as English Responsibilities: 1. Important member of the local team for presales and solution consulting assignments. 2. Work with Local Presales lead and Regional Sales for running and delivering the client pursuits. 3. Lead a particular assignment and/or a track of a mid/ large pursuit as part of Client Finacle solution evaluations for Greater China Region – RFPs, Client Presentations, Solution Demos, Proof of Concepts etc., 4. Maintain and update the local Finacle solution demo environments. 5. Lead client presentations and/ or brief solution demos of 1-2 days duration independently in due course of time. 6. Would need frequent short term business travel mostly in Mainland 7. Contribute to cross team learning and knowledge management. Key Responsibility: 1. Develop and nuture executive level relationships at leading organizations* 2. Influence RFPs and buying process with a strong thrust towards offshore based outsourcing 3. Carry unit sales target and sales management of the entire bid cycle working closely with internal pre-sales team, management, finance, legal, tax and other teams* 4. Creat value added business solutions for the client by leveraging industry knowledge, Infosys alliances and horizontal capabilities. 5. The candidate must be a team player and is also expected to help the project team with any functional issues that may arise during the course of the project* 6. Leverage domain and Industry knowledge to help with strategy definition and requirements for the internal Infosys solutions 7. Presales - help define solutions for proposals and develop the content of the response 8. Build strong relationships with alliance partners* Key Requirements 1. 5 years of Active end to end IT services Sales management and ability to break into new prospects in mainland China* 2. Ability to do consultative selling of outsourcing services and IT Solutions 3. Good understanding of regulations, trends, business processes and IT products across – e.g Energy (Exploration and Production, Processing), Utilities (Electricity AMI/MDM, CC&B, Analytics), Communications (eTOM, CRM, Billing), Services (Transportation, Media, Healthcare, Government) etc* 4. Membership to industry bodies is desirable 5. Good interpersonal communications and analytical ability. 6. Ability to make effective business presentations to CxO Level client management* 7.
