1. Software Testing Intern

 

Job Description:

 

This role is for an intern with Testing technical skills and good English speaking skills. It involves testing and qualifying components that are part of a large product. There is communication internally and externally with Engineering plants in Australia and India. The product is a Unisys owned product that provides model driven development and code generation to a variety of platforms. Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and Systems/Platforms Products is a great advantage.

 

Responsibilities of this role include:

-          Work with other engineers in writing and executing tests of Windows components that are implemented in C++ (or C#)

-          Work with other engineers in the test and development teams under the lead of the technical leader in Shanghai

-          Work with other engineers in reporting and communication

 

Skills and experience include:

 

Mandatory skills:

-          Good English skills especially oral English.

-          Open minded, likes to interact with people and works well with others.

-          Understanding of the SDLC and engineering processes.

 

Technical skills:

-          Interest in testing and understanding of testing.

-          Knowledge in test development and execution is prefer

-          Knowledge in scripting or programming language is prefer

 

Beneficial skills:

-          Knowledge in Automated Testing

-          Good communication and presentation skills.

-          Debugging and problem solving skills.

-          Is self-motivated and looking for a challenge.
