职位名称：贸易服务部实习生

招聘人数22名

工作地点：天津

 

岗位职责：

1、  Authorize and release transactions in IMEX / I – Factor within prescribed limit.

2、  Processing transactions in IMEX / I – Factor prescribed products accurately and efficiently in accordance with the customers’ instructions and according to the banks operational instructions to protect both the customers and Bank’s interest.

3、  Pre-process trade transactions according to the laid down procedures and standard of service.

4、  Understand fully the Service Level Agreement (SLA)

               - offered to customers

               - signed between the Country Processing Centre (CPC) and SSC TJ, giving full support to achieving it.

5、  Build up good relationship with all internal customers, i.e. good team work within the country team/unit.

6、  Make effort to continue improving personal product knowledge, to acquire multi-products processing skill.

7、  Make effort to improve personal productivity and output level.  To achieve established standard.

8、  Help train junior staff on technical and operational skills.

9、  Understand the risks associated with Products Processing and ensure that they are minimized.

10、          Understand the Banks operational risk standard underlying operating process and follow them carefully.

11、          To maintain good customer relationship by responding promptly, accurately and courteously to enquiries, or request for advice relative to new or outstanding transactions.

12、          Comply with applicable Money Laundering Prevention Procedures and, in particular, report any suspicious activity to the Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and Line Manager.

 

1、Bachelor degree, no major request; or diploma degree, major in English, Trade related or

Economic related

2、Good English skill in reading, writing, listening and speaking (CET4)

3、Can be on shift job

4、Good user of MS office

5、Good communication skill with team work

6、Willing to work in Tianjin

 

1、 每周工作五天，采取轮休制；

2、 班次：13：00～21：30       15：30～24：00

 

1、基本工资： 1200元/月/人

2、津贴：20元/天，按满勤22天计算440元/月

3、提供免费住宿

4、报销初次报到交通费用

 

转正后基本工资：本科2300元，其他条件同上。
