基金会计（Position of Fund Administrator）

To act on instruction from investment manager. 执行投资经理的指示 Reconcile, monitor and investigate all portfolio (i.e. the fund) activity. This includes cash and FX activity, overdrafts, trades, stock and derivative positions, corporate actions and income due to the fund. 协调、监督和审查所有投资组合（即基金）活动。 包括现金和外汇活动、透支、交易、股票和衍生品、股息派发以及基金收入 Ensure all portfolio activities have been correctly accounted for in the fund's general ledger and verify reasonability of portfolio daily valuation or unit price per the set threshold or client requirement. 确保所有投资组合活动在基金总账下的会计科目准确无误 Provide answers to customer and/or investment manager queries on portfolio being responsible, through the home site customer service team as intermediary. 解答客户及/或投资经理的有关投资组织估价的问题，如有需要可通过 home site team 解决

对帐会计（Position of Reconciliation Administrator）

Support State Street's clients and/or fund administration teams by providing core reconciliation services. 通过提供核心对帐服务为公司的客户及/或基金管理部提供支持。 Reconcile, monitor and investigate cash and securities reconciliation exceptions between State Street and external parties (e.g. investment manager, sub-custodians) 对帐、监督和审查所有现金和股票投资组合（即基金）在道富银行和外部机构（例如投资管理机构和二级托管机构之间的差异）。 Respond to client and/or fund administration queries, if necessary using the COE Oversight team as an intermediary. 解答客户及/或基金管理部的问题, 如有需要可透过COE Oversight team 解决。       Requirements: University or college designation with concentration in Business/Finance/Economics/Accounting preferred. Job Summary Develop and maintenance software system in the required technology and architecture under the conduction of senior software engineers and system architectures. The major jobs are system analysis and programming. Responsibilities Participant in requirement gathering and system specification preparation Participant in system analysis and architecture design Program and unit test the codes Write technical documents in the software development process Integrate system models and perform integration test Requirement Bachelor degree in Computer Science related majors Understanding of a standard programming language: Java/C/C++/C#/.Net Knowledge of securities and investment management is a plus Project development experience is highly preferred English writing and editing skills are needed; able to communicate either in English or in Japanese

Job Summary Work as business analyst to continuously maintain and enhance this product; Analyze client requirement and write business solution document; Communicate business solution with development team and QA team; Diagnose, solve and respond support incidents raised by client; Setup initial system structuring for implementation; Use this product to accomplish daily operation works, such as load data, execute jobs, reconcile position, generate reports, etc., to support presales activities; Requirements Bachelor or above in Accounting or Finance related Area Solid accounting knowledge Fluent in written and oral English Good in communication, learning and team working

另类投资财务报告员（Position of Alternative Investments Financial Reporting, Administrator）

1. Set up and maintain reporting binders for each fund during a reporting cycle 在会计周期内建立并维护每个基金的汇总报告 2. Conduct analytical reviews on general ledger 对总账进行分析 3. Prepare periodic financial statements 准备定期的财务报表 4. Coordinate distribution of financial statements 协助财务报表的分发工作 5. Coordinate the receipt of comments on financial statements drafts from external (and internal) parties. Ensure the timely research, resolution and processing of comments. 协助收集外部机构和公司内部对于财务报表草案提出的意见建议。确保能及时地调查研究，处理意见并修改财务报表。 6. Test new Financial Reporting applications and financial statement templates. Identify and resolve issues as they arise. Suggest process improvements (enhanced automation, etc.). 测试新的财务报告软件以及财务报表模板。发现问题所在并加以解决。对流程的改进给予意见建议（如提高自动化程度等）。
