Provide assistance to technical trainer (material preparation & onsite assistance)
Provide onsite coaching for dealership
Communicate between Principal related departments and dealers in a professional manner.
Monitor and improve mechanic technical competence in dealers.
Ensure dealers to provide highest level of service to customer.
Meet mandatory requirements and company-established objectives.
Provide technical information sharing on regular basis to ensure dealer technical knowledge is up-to-date.
