在嘉德置地,我们的目标是发展我们自己的人才,并确保人才库的可持续发展。新加坡特有的香灰莉树有着挺拔的树干,在任何艰苦的条件下,也能茁壮成长、开花结果。就好比我们要找的人必须有着坚韧不拔的品性。 嘉德置地毕业生发展计划旨在培育那些有潜力成为公司未来管理层的毕业生。
该项目将提供年轻毕业生在房地产、服务公寓和金融服务业务行业发展的机会。新入职的人员将作为储备管理人员,在15个月的时间内,逐步完成公司所提供的管理培训课程,同时参与在各个业务单位实际项目的工作,其中包括在本地和至少3个月海外工作培训的机会。
优异的绩效表现与所表现出来的潜力将帮助每一位毕业生,获得更好的职业发展机会,更广泛的业务知识涉猎,以及个人能力的提升。

At CapitaLand, we aim to grow our own timber and ensure the sustainability of our talent pipeline. The Graduate Development Programme(China) can be likened to that of growing Tembusu trees as they embody much of the same qualities we seek in incumbents— a hardy constitution and the ability to thrive and bloom under all types of conditions. The Programme thus aims to nurture those with demonstrated potential for future management positions within the Group.
The Programme is rare opportunity for promising young graduates to gain exposure to the hospitality, real estate and financial services businesses. When new hires come onboard as Management Executives, they can look forward to an exciting, broad based management training programme that involves working on real assignments in different business units, both locally and 3 months’ overseas, over a period of 15 months.
High performers with demonstrated potential can expect a rewarding career with ample opportunities to stretch themselves, gain wider business exposure and acquire new competencies.
