Quantitative Research Analyst

WorldQuant Investment Consulting (Beijing) Co., Ltd. seeks research analysts to create quantitative and computer-based models to predict the movements of worldwide stock markets and financial markets. Candidates need not have prior knowledge in this field but must have a strong interest in learning about it. Our highly accomplished senior staff will provide the new hires with mentoring and guidance to help them succeed.

Job requirements:

2  Possess or expect a degree from one of China's best universities in a highly analytical field, such as: Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or any other field that is highly analytical and quantitative

2  Fresh or recent graduates with less than 3 years work experience

2  Have a research scientist mindset, i.e., be a deep thinker, creative, persevering, smart, a self-starter, etc.

2  Be competent in a programming language (C or C)

2  Understand English

2  Have a strong interest in learning about worldwide financial markets

2  Have a strong work ethic
