Job Description

à     Lead optic design activities

Job Description

Software Engineer

Job Description

à     Design, development & test of automotive body electronics module & system, focusing on application layer via model based development

à     Work on SW-architecture, write, test and debug code according to software requirement specification and the defined process.

à     Discuss with customer about specific solution for body electronics modules & system, including function implementation and system interface

à     Complete software module test report and integration test report according to test result

Requirement

Process Planner

Job Description

à     Planning of new production sequences and operating equipment with the aid of new and modified production processes, implementing method improvements and checking the possibilities of using new technologies

à     Agreeing and following up targets with the project manager in terms of quality, costs and timing in agreement with the superior and taking existing processes and methods into consideration

à     Agreement and specification of the requirements made in the customer

à     Drafting suggestions for the design of components suitable for production, naming concrete saving potentials; proposing changes related to design or production engineering.

à     Graduate in Mechanical Engineering / technical subject area (Polytechnic) with more than 2 years Job-related Experience;

Quality Planning Engineer

Job Description

à     Making detailed plan of experiment process, methods, time and the number of samples in according to customer requirements and FMEA, establishing quality control systems, including DVP&R, AP

à     Confirming test items and test frequency with internal and external suppliers, and determining test methods and test tools of parts and the whole equipment.

à      Implementing customer requirements evaluation; making DVP, CP; attending the designing process of FMEA; being responsible for the first sample report; and being responsible for making quality plan.

à      Implementing 5 terms and 8 terms checking of the project, formulating the action plan and follow up the whole project.

Job requirements:

à     Graduate in mechanical engineering (polytechnic) or related areas, get a bachelor’s degree or above

4. Investigation and reporting of manufacturing process-related failures, determining root cause

 5. Drive quality, yield improvements and cost improvement projects

7. Responsible for the SPC control of the production line.

Responsibility:

1. Technical support to production line, focus on critical problem and reduction of machine related downtime

Junior Quality Engineer

Responsibility:

        1. Summarize quality information, handle ongoing product, customer complaint, FPY, 0Km&Field returns, do analysis, improvement and report

        2. Push internal improvement by standing on the position of customer. Handle customer complain about quality to satisfy the customer, do 8D report

        3. Hold quality weekly quality meeting, follow up quality issues till corrective action finished, and deal with ongoing production quality issues

        4. Take part in edition, update, and training control plan WI

        5. Take part in PFMEA creation and audit

        6. Implement product audit and make action plan for defect found

7.Do MSA and edit MSA plan

8.Make and maintenance printing, inspection, punching master for product, collect defect samples

9.Arrange annual validation test for product and follow up the test result

       10. Take part in PFMEA creation and audit

Requirements:

        1. Bachelor or above，mechanical and electrical engineering or precision engineering

Lab Test Engineer

Responsibility:

        1. Maintenance of electronic and mechanical testing equipment. To carry out test of relay-concerned products

        2. To analyze customer's test criteria, work out testing plan, and maximize the cost of testing

        3. To provide the requirement proposal for new equipment, instrument, spare part and other accessional material in the lab

        4. To comply exact trial report, to provide written or oral report of project being tested if necessary

        5. Coordinate with customers or suppliers with concerning technical test

        6. To calibrate the measuring equipment

Requirements:

        1. Bachelor degree or above,   Major in Electrics or Computer

        2. Able to use testing equipments such as voltage meter, ampere meter, oscillograph, etc.

        3. Be versed in PC hardware communication techniques
