Job description
Our Business Analysts will work in a team and help provide our clients with efficient and affordable Information Systems. They will be the principal conduit for managing system requirements, between the business and the development team to ensure that clients’ business requirements - and their respective user communities’ requirements - are met throughout IT solution design, integration, customization and deployment, in an international environment.
Their main duties are:
- Quickly understanding the business issues and data challenges of client’s organization and activity
- Leading business requirements definition, including gathering, analysis, documentation and validation of business requirements and objectives, process and data flows, etc., as well as reviewing the work of others
- Working with client on operational issues in order to ensure there is a common understanding of such issues, current situation and desired situation
- Gap analysis and recommendations
- Manage requirements traceability and control requirements status throughout the project (ensuring that functional / technical design specifications match requirements, and that they are delivered in the solution)
- Participate in configuration, testing, installation, deployment and post go-life support
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and make the link with internal consultants and the implementation team
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients
Every candidate is integrated in the team through a step by step training in collaborative development tools, project workflows and key architecture frameworks.
Job requirements
Technical Skills:
- Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
- Knowledge in mysql, Java, application and database design will be highly valued
Business Knowledge:
- Knowledge in one or more of the following fields will be highly considered: Life Insurance, Finance, Bank industry
General requirements:
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- A good command of spoken and written English (this is a must);
- High professional & personal integrity with very high ethical standards;
- Analytical skills & attention to details;
- Uphold strong focus on planning for achieving results;
- Passion to continually learn & acquire business, technical & application related skills.

职位描述
我们的商业分析师将进入项目组，向客户提供高效而价廉的信息系统。他们将在一个国际化的环境中工作，成为连接管理系统业务和开发小组之间的管道，以保证顾客能够在IT解决方案的设计、集成、定制和配置之中满足业务需求和各自的用户群要求。
主要职责为:
- 快速理解客户在组织与活动中的业务情况和面临的数据处理上的挑战；
- 明确业务需求，包括需求收集、分析需求、编制文件，确认业务的要求和目标、步骤以及数据流程等，同时评估组员的工作情况；
- 与客户一起探讨操作层面的问题，以保证在该问题上的情况和期望目标达成一致；
- 差距分析和提出建议；
- 管理需求追溯和监控需求状态（确保功能上和技术上的设计符合客户需求，并保证这些设计体现到IT解决方案中）；
- 参与配置、测试、安装、发布和上线后支持；
- 维护客户关系，协调小组内部开发人员和顾问之间的工作；
- 对客户进行业务陈述。
每位新员工都会逐步接受协同开发工具，项目流程和关键架构框架方面的培训，成为项目组的一员。
任职要求
技术方面：
- 计算机或相关专业；
- 了解mysql, Java应用和数据库设计者优先考虑；
商务方面：
- 具备人身保险、财务和银行业中一个或多个领域相关知识者将优先考虑
其它要求：
- 良好的沟通和表达能力；
- 必须具备良好的英语书面和口语能力；
- 优秀的职业素养，为人正直诚信；
- 分析能力强，注重细节；
- 注重制定计划，达成目标；
- 有不断学习获取商业、技术和应用程序相关技术的热情。
