我们在2012年为应届毕业生提供近50个职位类别，涉及研发，工程和生产技术多个领域，涵盖了通信、光学、硬件、软件、测试、自动化、产品等多个方向，诚邀优秀人才加入！

 

 

1．Automation Software Engineer

Requirements:

1.       Master or higher degree in Automation,Mechatronic, Computer engineering or equivalent;

2.       Good communication and presentation skills both in English and Chinese.;

3.       Proficient in Software development tools(Preferred with Lab View, Lab Windows/ CVI, Visual C , Visual Basic, C Builder);

4.       Able to travel to US and Australia.

5.       Previous experience on semiconductor/optic automated system/equipment development would be a prominent plus;

6.       Preferred with experience in motion control, robot vision control, data management and DAQ& GPIB application;

7.       Preferred with experience in SQL database;

Responsibilities:

1.       Work with a group of Mechanical, electric and process engineers to quickly develop world-class high-tech automated system

2.       Responsible for automation system software development, management, improvement and system integration between motion, vision, and test equipment etc.

3.       Closely collaborate with Automation team in US for Automated system Co-development  (international travels required);

4.       Efficiently transfer Process automation equipments from Finisar global sites to SHG, followed with improvement

 

2．Automation Mechanical Engineer

Requirements:

1.       Master or higher degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent;

2.       Good communication and presentation skills both in English and Chinese.;

3.       Proficient in 3D design tools (Solidworks preferred);

4.       Able to travel to US and Australia.

5.       Previous experience on semiconductor/optic automated system/equipment development would be a prominent plus;

Responsibilities:

1.       Work with a group of software, electric and process engineers to quickly develop world-class high-tech automated system, focus on mechanical design;

2.       Responsible for automated system conceptual/detail design, parts procurement, setup, calibration and trouble shooting, etc;

3.       Closely collaborate with Automation team in US for Automated system Co-development  (international travels required);

4.       Efficiently transfer Process automation equipments from Finisar global sites to SHG, followed with improvement

 

3 .  Automation Electrical Engineer

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or higher degree in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent;

2. Good communication and presentation skills both in English and Chinese.;

3. Familiar with the electrical design, electrical layout and cabling standardization rules; Self motivated, thorough, and creative to understand new tools & technology;

4.  Able to travel to US and Australia.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Work with a group of Mechanical, Software and process engineers to quickly develop world-class high-tech automated system

2. Responsible for automation system Electric and control system development.

3. Closely collaborate with Automation team in US for Automated system Co-development  (international travels required);

4. Efficiently transfer Process automation equipments from Finisar global sites to SHG, followed with improvement

 

4． Manufacturing Engineer

Requirements：

1.       Bachelor degree in opto-electronic, mechanical or material engineering relative major;

2.       Capability of working independently with strong analytical skill;

3.       Good capability in logic analysis, fundamental capability in data statistical analysis;

4.       Fluent English and good computer capabilities. CET-6 is preferable;

5.       Have a very good team work;

6.       Strong desire and quick learning skills.

 

5 .  Passive R&D Engineer

1.         Requirements:

1.       Master or PHD degree majored in optics or related;

2.       Good team player and self motivated;

3.       Strong solve problem skill;

4.       English at or above CET 6 with good listening and spoken English;

5.       Familiar with Zemax, and/or other optical design software is appreciated.

 

6． Process Engineer

Requirements:

1.       Bachelor or above majored in optics, electronic engineering or related;

2.       Good team player and self motivated;

3.       Good problem resolving skill;

4.       English at or above CET 6 with good listening and spoken English;

5.       Familiar with SPC, 7 QC tools and/ or FMEA is appreciated.

 

7 .  Test Software Engineer

Requirements:

1.       BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering or related.

2.       Knowledge in programming in Visual Basic 6.0 and/or or LabView.

3.       Release and maintain the product test software and technical documents;

4.       Work with automation/test team to insure manufacturability & testability of product;

5.       Write and maintain Manufacturing Test Procedures for the Test Operators and Technicians.

 

8． Mechanical Engineer

Requirements:

1.       Master degree major in Mechanical Engineering or related ；

2.       Excellent theoretical knowledge in mechanical engineering science and basic practical capability on mechanical design;

3.       Be capable of using design tool such AutoCAD, SolidWorks for making 2-D and 3-D part and assembly drawings;

4.       Concrete understanding of GD&T (geometric and dimension tolerance) as well as the tolerance chain analysis skills;

5.       Good understanding of most common used engineering materials and their typical application;

6.       Thrill to learning new knowledge and skills, strong ownership and accountability for assignments;

7.       Good communication and presentation skills both in English and Chinese;

 

9 .  Product Engineer

Requirements:

1.       Bachelor degree or above majored in optics, electronic engineering or related;

2.       Release and maintain the product BOM and related technical documents;

3.       Work with automation/test team to insure manufacturability & testability of product;

4.       Write and maintain Manufacturing Test Procedures for the Test Operators and Technicians;

5.       Drive the product yield/scrap improvement activities;

6.       Responsible for investigating the manufacture failure and support RMA;

7.       Drive the cost reduction and quality improvement.

 

10.  Firmware Engineer

Responsibilities 

1. Take part in the design, development, and test of the embedded firmware/software for high performance optical transceivers or sub-system.

2.Deliver the firmware package per project development schedule and responsible for in-circuit test, PCBA bring-up, and system level debugging

3 Work with Finisar global software/firmware organization and follow the Finisar processes of firmware/software architecture, development, debugging, optimizing, and validation

4 Collaborate with functional teams such as marketing, transceiver engineering, product engineering, and customer support to complete the whole process of the product life cycle.

5. Support Finisar Shanghai site new product development and existing product sustaining engineering with ARM processors.

6 .Work with teams on other sites worldwide as part of the global software/firmware support.

 

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS 

1. BS or higher in electrical engineering and/or computer science/engineering or related area

2. Knowledge in embedded systems and hands-on experiences in developing micro-controller firmware

3. Familiar with the I2C, SPI interface protocols

4. Experiences in the following areas would be added advantages:

5. Fiber optic transceiver technologies and MSA standard

6. Knowledge in firmware quality assurance, testing and validation methodology

7. Board level hardware design knowledge

8.       GUI or application software development

9.       Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills. Proficient in using test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzer etc

10.    Good verbal and written communication skills

11.    Must be a good team player, self-motivated and able to work independently

 

 

 

 

 

11.  Packaging Engineer

Responsibilities:

1.       Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, material/Packaging Science or related.

2.       Good at Microsoft Office and Solidworks or similar AutoCad software

3.       Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

4.       Design packaging and label of the different product,

5.       Provide packaging illustration to PM/PE/ME from design to shipping packing and solve packaging issue from the customer and shipping company.
