摩托罗拉公司于1987年进入中国，首先在北京设立办事处，于1992年在天津注册成立摩托罗拉（中国）电子有限公司。
摩托罗拉成都研发中心成立于2001年1月，坐落于成都市高新西区，办公面积两万平方米,现有研发人员420人。中心在软件开发流程与质量管理方面也位居业界领先位置。中心于2002年获得了软件领域最权威的CMM五级质量认证；于2005年获得了CMMI五级质量认证; 于2009年通过ISO9001认证. 优秀的研发团队、不断优化的流程管理和严格的质量控制保证了中心能够不断推出高品质的产品。
摩托罗拉成都研发中心主要负责摩托罗拉在政府和公共安全业务领域相关产品的软件研发,在数字信号处理(DSP),嵌入式软件和Windows应用软件方面具有雄厚的研发能力。自中心成立以来，我们为摩托罗拉政府和公共安全业务设计、研发了多款产品，部分产品直接针对中国市场。2003年，针对中国公安市场需求特点完成了PTX760集群对讲机的汉化及应用软件开发。2003-2005年，为全球市场完成商用系列常规对讲机(GP3188/ GP3688/ GM3188/ GM3688)软件部分的开发。2005年，为中国铁道部量身定制了适合铁路系统使用的GP3688对讲机软件。2007年同美国、马来西亚研发中心一同开发了摩托罗拉第一款常规数字对讲机MOTOTRBO。2008年软件中心独立承担了摩托罗拉MTR3000转发器的软件开发, MTR3000为MOTOTRBO家族提供了除了低端商用DR3000之外的中级商用转发器产品。同样在2008年,成都研发中心参与开发的摩托罗拉第四代基于P25网络的多波段对讲机APX7000成功上市,该对讲机是摩托罗拉最高端的对讲机产品,也是业界的翘楚,它的应用让高端客户的应急通信系统跨上了一个新的台阶。2009年,成都研发中心成立第一支硬件开发团队, 并建立了硬件开发测试实验室。2010年,摩托罗拉在成都研发中心成立Tetra网络基础设施开发团队。同年,软件中心团队还实现了MTR3000产品对UHF/800/900/VHF频段的广泛支持,并成功全球上市。

1. Bachelor/Master degree on EE or Communication.
2. Strong background of Digital Signal Processing and wireless communication software development.
3. Familiar with digital audio processing, software defined radio technology, or industry standards on wireless communication system.
4. 1 years working experiences of DSP application development on TI, Freescale, or ADI DSP chips. Working experience on TI C55 and C64/67 is a plus.
5. Strong programming skills in C and C are required, and programming skills in assembly language are preferable.
