	职位描述： - Overall Responsibilities: Analyze market (China) and technology trends to develop product/technology roadmap, and to develop an R&D strategy, plan, and a team to execute the EV program. - Expected Technical Skills: Insight into EV market development trend Technical experience in power electronics engineering (motor, inverter, transmission) and energy management Understanding of air condition (heating & cooling system) is a PLUS Understanding of battery management system is a PLUS - Requirements: MS or PhD degree with 5 years working experience in EV area Strong interpersonal and communication skills Overall Network skill, team working skills; Strong documentation and presentation skills Fluency in English is a MUST
