（一）专家助理 （4人）

Ⅰ. Expert Assistant (4 staff)

职位描述：

Job description:

-- 积累农业生产操作与实践锻炼经验，学习高端农业管理技术及体系；

- accumulate agricultural production, operation and practice experience and learn high-end agricultural management technology and system;

-- 协助外国专家进行项目管理；

- assist the foreign expert in project management;

-- 技术资料汇总及整理；

- collect and sort technical documentations

任职资格：

Qualification:

-- 研究生或准研究生及以上，植保、园艺园林或农学与生物科技等相关专业。

- master degree or above, major in plant protection, horticulture & gardening or agronomy, biotechnology;

-- 对柑橘、蔬菜或蓝莓等项目有一定研究；

- have some research on citrus, vegetable or blueberry;

-- 良好的英语口语及书面表达能力，能与外国专家交流；

- good English level both in speaking and writing, fluently communicate with foreign experts;

-- 积极主动，学习能力强，熟练使用办公软件；

- very active with strong learning ability, familiar with office software;

-- 善于协作，良好的沟通技巧；

- able to coordinate with good communication skills

（二）技术支持 （4人）

Ⅱ. Technical Support (4 staff)

职位描述：

Job description:

-- 农业生产操作与实践锻炼经验积累；

-- 农业技术资料和体系的学习整理；

- learn and sort agricultural technical documentations and system

-- 学习按照项目要求推广相关科学技术；

- learn to popularize relevant technologies according to project requirements

-- 学习如何对农户进行技术培训和指导；

- learn to train and guide peasents

任职资格：

Qualification:

-- 研究生或准研究生及以上，植保、园艺园林或农学与生物科技等相关专业；

- master degree or above, major in plant protection, horticulture & gardening or agronomy, biotechnology;

-- 有良好英语基础，能与外籍专家交流；

- good English level, fluently communicate with foreign experts;

-- 诚恳、严谨，良好的钻研和实干精神；

- sincere and strict, good research and practical spirit;

-- 有责任，能协作，具有良好团队精神

（三）苗圃技术员（2人）    Nursery technician （2 staff）

职位描述： Job description

-- 熟悉苗木栽植和养护知识，学习苗圃日常管理工作；

Be familiar with the knowledge of seedlings cultivation and maintenance, learning nursery daily management

-- 苗圃管理及相关技术资料的整理；

Sort nursery management and relevant documentations;

-- 协助国外农业专家团队工作，为苗圃建设与管理提供支持与服务；

Assist foreign agricultural expert’s team to support nursery construction and management

任职资格：  Qualification

-- 本科毕业生或准毕业生，园艺园林或农学与生物科技等相关专业；

Bachelor degree, Gardening & Horticulture or agronomy, biotechnology major are appropriate for this position.           

-- 有良好英语基础，能与外籍专家交流；

Good English both in speaking and writing

-- 积极主动，有责任心，具备团队合作精神；

Active and responsible, good cooperation will be required

-- 良好的学习能力，人际关系处理技巧；

Good learning capability and Good communication skill

（四）蔬菜管理技术员（2人）   （）

Vegetable technician

职位描述：  Job description

-- 学习蔬菜种植管理技术，按照技术方案指导农户进行农事操作；

Learning vegetable planting technology, guiding the peasants in farming based on the technical scheme.

-- 学习对农户进行技术培训和指导；

Support peasants for technical training and guidance.

-- 负责进行田间调查，收集相关技术数据，并及时向上级汇报；

Responsible for the field survey and collect technical data, report to superior in time.

任职资格： Qualification

-- 本科毕业生或准毕业生，植保、园艺园林或农学与生物科技等相关专业；

Bachelor degree, plant protection, Gardening & Horticulture or agronomy, biotechnology

-- 有良好英语基础，能与外籍专家交流；

Good English both in speaking and writing.

（五）果树管理技术员（2人）

职位描述：  job description 
-- 学习果树种植管理技术，按照技术方案指导果农进行种植操作；

Learning fruit tree planting technology, guiding peasants in planting based on technical scheme.

-- 学习对果农进行技术培训和指导；

Support peasants for technical training and guidance

-- 果树管理及相关技术资料的搜集和整理。

Collecting and sorting relevant fruit tree management and technology documentations

--协助国外农业专家团队工作，负责果园技术数据收集与反馈；

Assist foreign expert’s team, responsible for collection and feedback of technical data.

任职资格： Qualification

-- 本科毕业生或准毕业生，植保、园艺园林和农学与生物科技等相关专业；

Bachelor degree, plant protection, Gardening & Horticulture or agronomy, biotechnology

-- 有较好的英语口语及书面表达能力，能与外籍专家直接交流；

Good English both in speaking and writing.
